Again it's best explained by the site itself, so here is their list of features for you to check out.

NO Downloads! ZERO setup time

The best thing about Lefora is that there is nothing to download and nothing to setup. You just have to choose a forum name and we'll do the rest. You can have a fully functioning forum up and running in less than 30 seconds.

Lefora forums are free, with no limits on the amount of posts or members in your forum. You get 10GB of monthly bandwidth completely free. And as your forum grows, if you find you need more storage, we offer upgrade packages so that you can quickly add more storage. And you are free to start as many forums as you'd like, there's no restriction there either.
Public, Private, and everything in between

Lefora allows you to run a public or fully private forum. Private forums require admin approval in order to gain access. On public forums, you can choose if membership is required to post - and you can make it auto-approval or require admin review. You'll get a notification when somebody's waiting at your door and they'll get an email when they are granted access.
Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace Integration

On public forums, every topic has a button that will allow your members to share a link to the topic on sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace. They can even share links over email or IM. Lefora forums have hundreds of new members visit forums every day from shared links.
Add Video and Photos in just one click with our WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) posting editor

Embded photos or videos into a topic is a snap for your members. No need to fiddle with complicated code or tags, just take the URL of the photo or youtube video and paste it into the post box. When you hit the key Lefora will automatically recognize the media and embed it in your post. It's that SIMPLE! Our rich text posting editor makes it simple for your members to know what their post will look like. When they make a word bold, it appears bold, if they insert an emoticon, they see it in the post, it's just like typing in Microsoft Word.

You can check them out here to see if they are for you.
