Genetica is a wonderful program for creating or retrieving seamless textures. They have both a paid and free program. The paid one will be on the paid programs section of Everything 2D. The free program allows you to view and save in a format you can use, images normally only viewable in Genetica. It also allows you to view and save bump maps for these images, to give yourself a truly realistic render, it comes with many textures already, though you can use your own if you like.
